Record Retrieval

Our litigation support personnel understands that accuracy and prompt turn-around on record orders is vital to this part of the discovery process. The file manager assigned to your case will work aggressively to expedite the retrieval process, ensuring that HIPPA guidelines and applicable protocols are followed according to the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.

Web Access to Medical Records

Our online records site is HIPPA compliant and provides secure access to your record orders from any web-connected computer in the world. After records are obtained from the custodian and carefully checked for completeness and accuracy, our imaging department then scans the documents and uploads them to our website. The records are accessible by only you and your authorized personnel; they can be reviewed, searched, summarized and printed from your PC, and no software purchase is required.

Records Digitally Stored on CD

We also offer digital images of the records on CD.

Status Reports

The file manager assigned to your order will keep you well informed throughout the retrieval process, and you can also check for updates any time by using online access to obtain the information you need.

Submit Your Records Order Online

The ease and convenience of online access is a great resource and placing your records order on-line expedites the process and reduces the margin for error. To gain online access, request a user id and password, and if you need assistance placing a records order or would like additional information about online access, please contact our records supervisor.
